In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index.) and herein BOJA. First. Call. The three lines of subsidies regulated within the framework of Order of XX of July 2025, which approve the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under the non-competitive competition, aimed at private non-profit entities, public universities and local entities, for the development of projects on conciliation and joint responsibility within the framework of the Joint Responsibility Plan, within the scope of the powers of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, and its call is made in the year 2025 (published in this BOJA), in the maximum total amount specified for each line and with charge to the budget credits that are also indicated: Name of the line Maximum amount (euros) Budget positions Line 1. Beneficiaries. Private non-profit entities, including trade union organizations and business associations of Andalusia for the actions contemplated in Line 1, Andalusian public universities for the actions of Line 2 and local entities for the actions of Line 3, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, in accordance with section 4 of the different summary tables. Third. Object. The implementation of projects within the framework of the Co-Responsible Plan, through the creation of professionalized care services to facilitate the reconciliation of families with dependent minors up to 16 years of age, or up to 21 years of age for people with disabilities or functional diversity, as well as the promotion of employment in this professional sector, as well as, in the case of public universities (line 2), training and awareness-raising to promote models of egalitarian masculinities and co-responsibility. All of this, according to the eligible concepts described in section 2.a) of the summary table of each of the lines. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at private non-profit entities, public universities and local entities, for the development of projects on conciliation and co-responsibility within the framework of the Co-Responsible Plan, within the scope of the powers of the Ministry, approved by Order of July XX, 2025. Fifth. Amount. The maximum allocation for each of the lines is that stated in the first point of this extract and the way of determining the amount of subsidies to be granted for each of the lines is that established in section 5 of the summary tables, and can reach up to 100% of the total budget of the subsidized activity in lines 1 and 2, and up to 87.5% in line 3.
