Official description of the call
First. Provision that establishes the regulatory bases. The Meliana City Council has a General Ordinance on Corporation Subsidies published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia No. 48 of March 8, 2018. Second. Object MELIANA RECYCLE BONDS AUTUMN 2025 is a program to promote local businesses and services and to promote the separation at source of MSW, for which the Meliana City Council allocates €17,350.00 in DISCOUNT BONDS with which it is intended to benefit local businesses/services, making possible an increase in its activity, stimulating purchases by families residing in local establishments that wish to participate in the campaign voluntary by having acquired recycling points, the result of separating MSW at source, which are converted into money to be used in local establishments. Third. Beneficiaries The final beneficiaries of the trade voucher will be those people registered in Meliana, over 18 years of age as of September 1, 2025, who acquire them by validating their DNI on the platform www.meliana.comercioscomunitatvalenciana.com for having obtained 300 recycling points that are converted into €25.00, exchanging them in the participating commercial establishments in the period enabled in the campaign. Natural persons and commercial establishments that are not up to date in compliance with tax or Social Security obligations imposed by the current provisions may not be beneficiaries, in the manner determined by regulation (Art. 13.2.e) Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies). The business/service that wishes to participate will have to submit the corresponding request on the platform. Likewise, you will also have to responsibly declare that you are up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. Room. Distribution of the bonuses A total of 694 bonuses of €25.00 will be launched through the platform https://meliana.comercioscomunitatvalenciana.com/ Quinto. Amount of aid. There are no evaluation criteria for the applications since it is proposed to grant the aid through a direct award to people who meet the registration and age requirements and submit their application through the platform for having obtained 300 recycling points. The commercial bonds will have a value of 25.00 euros, until the budget allocation of 17,350.00 euros in the AP is exhausted. 15.43100.48000 from the 2025 budget. A maximum of one bonus per person may be requested. Sixth. Deadlines. Participation of businesses: from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP to October 20, 2025. The reading period for light-glass containers: will be from the beginning of the campaign until September 20, 2025, both inclusive. Bonus application: From publication of the call until September 20, 2025 automatically. Exchange of vouchers in participating businesses: from September 21 to October 20, 2025, as of October 21, 2025, the vouchers will no longer be valid and individuals will not be able to recover their balance, leaving the same in favor of the City Council. Last day to validate the trading of bonuses on the platform: October 25, 2025. Seventh. Economic activity of participating commercial establishments. Those establishments in accordance with base 4 of the specific bases may participate. Eighth. Financing. These individualized subsidies will be approved under budget application 15-43100-48000 TRADE BONDS, for the year 2025, for an amount of 17,350.00 euros.
