Official description of the call

ANNOUNCEMENT On August 14, 2025, the Delegate Councilor for Commerce has issued Decree No. 2025-3863 (CSV 72NAKKJ7MJ9YZH32CSXQ47QNQ) approving the call for the activity BACK TO SCHOOL! BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN 2025/2026, which is largely as follows: “(…) Considering the powers granted to the Mayor's Office by the current Local Regime Law, in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of Law 7/1985 of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, and other concordant provisions, and the decree of delegation of powers No. 2025-3173 dated July 4, I HAVE RESOLVED: FIRST: Approve the call for the campaign BACK TO SCHOOL! BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN 2025/2026 of the Commerce Area that will be governed by the bases approved by Decree No. 2025-3681 of 07/29/2025 published in the Bulletin of the Province of Málaga No. 150 of 08/06/2025. SECOND: Authorize the expenses in the amount of 600 euros, charged to budget application 430 48036 (Commerce and Industry Awards), which are indicated below and are contained in the section “NINTH. Awards. The following prizes will be raffled among participating customers: 12 direct cash prizes of €50 (paid by the Cártama City Council) Vouchers worth €30 of consumption that will be contributed by each of the establishments participating in this campaign. The total number of vouchers to be drawn will correspond to the total number of participating establishments, with each establishment providing a voucher to consume at their establishment.” THIRD: The awarding of the prizes will be done by drawing as indicated in the Twelfth base, the literal wording of which is as follows: “TWELFTH.- Prize drawing. On Thursday, October 9 at 8:30 a.m. the prize draw will take place in a public event at the Cártama Station Mayor's Office. The procedure will be as follows: the tickets or flyers deposited in the different ballot boxes will be placed in a single ballot box and an “innocent hand” will take out a single ticket each time. As many random tickets will be drawn as the €50 prizes that have been vacated to reward those that have no allocation. Likewise, a number equal to the number of participating establishments will be issued with tickets corresponding to purchases over €10, which will be rewarded with a €30 voucher to purchase school supplies at the corresponding establishment. The winners will be announced on the Cártama City Council website and on social networks. The awards ceremony will be on Thursday, October 16 at 12:00 p.m. in the Mayoral Office of the Cártama Station.” FOURTH: Transfer this Resolution to the Intervention-Treasury Area of this City Council for its knowledge and timely effects.
