First - Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid are natural persons who meet the following requirements: Being a minor (6-18 years old; from the day they turn 6 years old and until the day before turning 18 years old) with recognition of disability, of at least 33%, by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, who receives the treatments described in article 4, in different entities specialized in child and adolescent development. and that they have legal authorization to do so.
