First - Beneficiaries The recipients of these aid will be those non-profit entities, organizations or associations that are registered in the Registry of Associations and Entities of the Basque Government or in their corresponding Public Registries. They must develop their programs or activities in the field of Equality between women and men and the prevention and elimination of sexist violence, within the municipality of Durango and/or be directed at the Durango population. Second.- Object The object of this Resolution is the establishment of the regulatory bases for the subsidies called under a competitive competition regime by the Durango City Council aimed at carrying out "activities in the field of Equality between women and men and the prevention and elimination of sexist violence" from the year 2025 by non-profit entities and associations, with the mandatory content established in article 8 of the Ordinance regulating subsidies and aid of the Durango City Council.
