Official description of the call
The Baztan City Council, through resolution No. 513/2025 of August 18, 2025, approved the regulatory bases for the public call for subsidies for cultural activities promoted by the mothers and fathers associations of Baztan in the year 2025. First. – Beneficiaries. Apymas domiciled in Baztan that provide services or carry out activities of municipal interest and that, at the end of the application submission period, meet the following requirements can apply for the subsidy under this call, which they must maintain during the financial years for which the subsidy is granted: They develop activities in accordance with the provisions of their statutes in the field of culture. Be a legal entity, legally constituted and duly registered in the registry of Associations of the Government of Navarra. A copy of the statutes must be provided. If this documentation is already in the possession of the Baztan City Council, it will only be necessary to provide a responsible declaration from the legal representative indicating that it has not been modified. Annex III Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Second.–Object. This call aims to provide financial aid to the Parents' Associations with registered offices in Baztan, to help with the programming and organization of educational-cultural activities through the Parents' Associations themselves. Third. - Regulatory bases. http://www.baztan.eus Fourth. – Amount. The total amount allocated will be 6,000 euros. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. The applications will be submitted, duly completed, electronically through the electronic Registry of the Baztan City Council Electronic Headquarters - BAZTAN by the person who legally represents the association. The submission deadline will be until November 3, 2025 inclusive
