Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. People who meet all the requirements of the call may apply for this call, including: 1. Be duly enrolled in official degree courses taught at the UCLM during the academic year of application (2024/25) and during the course of the stay (2025/26). The participant must be enrolled in both academic courses in the same cycle and area of studies leading to obtaining an official degree. The aforementioned study plans must be taught during the course of the stay. 2. Possess the nationality of one of the countries of the European Union (EU) or of any other state that participates in the Erasmus+ program, or of third countries, in which case you must prove that you are in possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain during the entire period of the mobility. 3. Have completed a minimum of 30 credits of degree qualifications before the publication of this call. 4. Have pending enrollment for the course in which the mobility stay takes place, at least 15 credits per semester or 12 for one quarter. 5. Have an average grade in your file equal to or greater than five (5) points according to the data uploaded before the start of the application period. 6. If the destination requires language accreditation, it may be accredited up to one day before the end of the application period, specified in base 6.1. of the full text of the call. In general, a level B1 or higher must be accredited in the official language in which the subjects taught at the host university are taught, or failing that, in English. Second. Object. Financial funds are provided so that the selected students can carry out a period of curricular internships with a duration of between 2 and 12 months per study cycle of any of the official degree courses taught by the UCLM during the second semester of the 2025/26 academic year at a foreign university, guaranteeing the recognition of these internships in the terms provided for in the university's international mobility regulations. The list of eligible destinations can be consulted in Annex II of this call. The candidate will only have access to the destinations that correspond to them according to their area of study and accredited language level. The number of places provided with funding will depend on the available budget and their allocation will be carried out by preparing a list with all the selected candidates who will be assigned a sequence number according to the total score obtained in the ranking in accordance with Annex I of the call. Third. Regulatory bases. UCLM International Mobility Regulations, approved by the Governing Council on July 3, 2024 (DOCM 07/11/2024) and regulatory bases that are part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The financial allocation for the Erasmus+ program aid comes from the EU and the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (MICIU), and its conditions are subject to the contribution received from the financing entities (see the fourth base of the full text of the call). The maximum amount financed will depend on the subsidy agreement that the UCLM signs with the SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will remain open from the date of publication of the call (July 29, 2025) until 2:00 p.m. on September 5, 2025.
