Official description of the call
FIRST: BENEFICIARIES Entities that, at the time of submitting the subsidy application, meet the following requirements will be eligible for these subsidies: • Non-profit. • Be thirsty and carry out your activities in the Fene City Council. • Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry of Associations with updated data. • Be registered and updated in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations, as indicated in article 5, sections 5 and 6 of the Municipal Regulations of the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations of the Fene City Council. • Not be involved in the causes of incompatibility or inability to be beneficiaries or receive subsidies from the Public Administration provided for in article 13 of General Law 38/2003 on subsidies. • In the case of entities that had been beneficiaries of subsidies or financial aid granted in previous years by the Fene City Council, they must have them duly justified and approved by the Fene City Council, as well as not having opened any procedure for the reimbursement of the amounts received for any of the causes provided for in article 37 of Law 38/2033, General Subsidies. • That the activities for which the subsidy is requested are of interest to the City Council. SECOND: PURPOSE The subsidies and aid granted under these rules will have the purpose of contributing to the normal functioning of the associative fabric (current expenses); maintenance of facilities, as well as the carrying out of activities of a cultural, sports, educational nature, defense of neighborhood rights and the operating expenses of the entities that develop them. Thus, the following subsidized areas can be specified: CULTURAL ACTIVITIES: current expenses derived from celebrations, exhibitions, contests, contests, exhibitions, excursions, conferences, studies...; current expenses derived from the normal functioning of the entity (telephone, postal shipments, internet, website, management...); current maintenance expenses for facilities as long as they are owned by the entity (electricity, diesel, small maintenance and conservation works...) or transferred and are maintenance expenses; purchases of current goods (office consumables, etc.) and non-inventory material; expenses for carrying out works that are not considered investments; expenses for organizing cultural schools; expenses for the organization of parties and pilgrimages; expenses for collective bus travel or excursions to carry out actions included in the calendar of activities for which the subsidy is requested and, in general, all those activities aimed at the conservation, promotion or dissemination of the traditions and cultural values of the Fene City Council. SPORTS ACTIVITIES: current expenses derived from the normal functioning of the entity; current expenses for participation in sports championships such as registration forms for competitions, expenses for collective bus travel included in competition calendars, rental of vehicles for competitions; maintenance expenses of facilities that they own (electricity, telephone, small maintenance and conservation works that are not considered investments, etc.) or that are assigned; expenses for the acquisition of sports equipment and non-inventory material; sports school organization expenses; purchases of current goods and services (office consumables, management, internet, web, etc...) as well as the organization of other sports activities of public interest. EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: current expenses derived from the normal functioning of the entity (management, website, internet...); expenses for the organization of cultural and sports schools, excursions, festivals, and other activities of educational interest. For cultural entities and ANPAS, the activities that are carried out throughout the year 2025 will be eligible for subsidies. In the case of sports entities, the activities during the year 2025 and the expenses derived from the registration of teams, federative tokens and mutual societies and kits corresponding to the 2025-2026 season will be eligible: • The football sports season means the period from July 1, 2025. and June 30, 2026. •
