Official description of the call
Given that the bases, published in BOP nº139 of July 22, 2025, have been definitively approved as no allegations have been presented during the public exhibition period, a call is opened for the presentation of applications for the granting of subsidies for owners of unoccupied homes who put them up for rent, for the year 2025, which are extracted below: Purpose Granting, under a competitive competition regime, of subsidies for homeowners who rent them out. put up for rent, in order to increase the social rental stock, and that they meet the requirements established in Section 3 of Chapter 2 of Decree 75/2014, of May 27, of the Plan for the right to housing. Application submission period The application submission period will be from the day following this publication in the BOP of Girona until October 31, 2025. Submission of applications At the Local Housing Office located at Paseo Bisbe Guillamet, 2, in Olot, from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. uninterruptedly, and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. (from June 20 to 2:45 p.m. September 12, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.), where advice will be given and the relevant forms will be provided. Resolution The maximum period to resolve the resolution of the procedure may not exceed one month, counting from the deadline for submitting applications. The expiration of this maximum period without having notified the resolution entitles the interested parties to understand that the request for granting the subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence.
