Official description of the call
FIRST: BENEFICIARIES: Non-profit Associations and Entities specialized in the care of migrants, legally constituted, whose activities are carried out within the municipality of Benidorm and that are accredited before the relevant body to electronically present applications and immigration documentation through the Mercurio application and others, may apply for a subsidy. SECOND: OBJECT: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies to non-profit Associations and Entities, within the scope of care for migrants, aimed at carrying out online procedures to eliminate differences due to the digital divide. The completion, by the requesting entity, of these online procedures must have begun at least six months before the publication of these bases and will continue to be carried out during the 2025 financial year in the municipality of Benidorm. The subsidy awarded may not exceed the maximum amount of €3,000 per association and a total credit of 6,000 euros. THIRD: REGULATORY BASES: General ordinance regulating subsidies of the Benidorm City Council published in BOP No. 104 of May 24, 2007. The amount of the subsidy will be 100% of the budgeted amount up to a maximum of €3,000 per entity; 15 calendar days. Its purpose is to carry out activities aimed at facilitating procedures for migrants.
