Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries. Municipalities of the Province of Valencia that meet the requirements established in the OGS of the Provincial Council of Valencia. Second. Object. Given the serious situation in which certain hydraulic infrastructures find themselves, the purpose of this subsidy is their investment and renewal, as well as the importance of the digitalization of networks for improving the functioning of these infrastructures. Furthermore, given the possibility of repeating events such as the last DANA, the purchase of pumps for sludge removal is included in this subsidy. Third. Regulatory bases. Published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 101, dated May 29, 2017 with its subsequent modifications. Room. Financing and amount. The total amount available is €1,500,000. The maximum eligible amount will be €25,000 per applicant entity (VAT included). The beneficiary entity will assume any excess over the maximum eligible amount that corresponds to it. Fifth. Presentation deadline. It will be 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Sixth. Payment of the subsidy The following payments on account will be made: • 85% once the applications have been scaled and the concession agreement published, unless expressly waived • The remaining 15% will be paid upon presentation of the expense receipts Seventh. Deadline and form of justification The deadline for the execution and justification of the subsidy ends twelve months from the day following the publication of the concession agreement. In general terms and in application of the provisions of article 28.2 of the OGS, it is established that the justification will be carried out through the simplified supporting account modality.
