Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Federated athletes of any age who participate in different regional, national or international championships during the 2024/2025 season may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not professional in nature and that they meet the specific requirements of the call. Second. Object and purpose of the call The purpose of this call is to regulate public aid and subsidies to promote the practice of local sport granted by the Andratx City Council during the year 2025. With which, the aim is to promote excellence in sport and reward outstanding athletes as a means of achieving greater projection for sport in the municipality as indicated in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025 of the Andratx City Council in its point 7.3 of strategic objectives for Sports. Everything regarding local athletes in official regional, state and international competitions during the 2024/2025 sports season, including competitions held between the months of September 2024 and August 2025 (both included). Third. Regulatory bases For all cases not provided for in this call, the following will be applicable: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the regulations that develop the General Law of Subsidies. Andratx General Subsidies Ordinance (BOIB 47, of April 20, 2017). Rest of the regulations that may be applicable. Room. Amount and budget credit During the 2025 budget year, the amount of 26,500.00 euros is allocated to the subsidies object of this call, charged to budget application 341. 48001. Fifth. Application submission deadline 1. Subsidy applications may be submitted from September 10 to October 1, 2025 inclusive, or until the call credit is exhausted. 2. Applications may be submitted in accordance with the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of public administrations.
