Subsidies for sports entities for national competitions 2024/2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Non-profit entities and associations, registered in the Municipal Registry of associations of the Andratx City Council, with registered office located in the municipality of Andratx and that are included in the scope of Sports, who are up to date with their tax obligations with this City Council, and not be debtors therein, for any other non-tax concept, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in art. 13.2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Object and purpose of the call The purpose of the subsidy, in accordance with commitment 7.3 of the current Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Andratx City Council, is to promote excellence in sport, as well as to provide greater projection in sport in the municipality of Andratx. The granting of the aid contemplated in this call will be subject to the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. Third. Regulatory bases These subsidies will be governed by what has been established in this call; in the bases for the execution of the municipal budget, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; in the General Regulations of the Subsidies Law approved by Royal Decree 886/2006, of July 21; in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; in Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid; in the General Subsidies Ordinance, published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands no. 47 dated April 20, 2017, and in the remaining administrative law rules that may be applicable, and failing that, the private law rules. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be on a non-competitive basis, through proration among the applications submitted in accordance with the assessment criteria established in this call, awarding, with the limit set in item 341.48002 of the 2025 Budget, the eligible amount according to the score obtained for compliance with the criteria. Room. Amount and budget credit During the 2025 budget year, the amount of 35,000.00 euros is allocated to the subsidies object of this call, charged to budget application 341.48002 Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications 1. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as Annex 1 of this call and will be submitted within 7 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands. 2. Applications can be submitted, in accordance with the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
