In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca. Beneficiaries The Local Action Groups of the province of Huesca that manage the LEADER Local Development Strategies in Aragon of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 may be beneficiaries of this aid, in accordance with the list published in the BOA dated 02/13/2023, in Order AGM/108/2023, of February 3, which resolves the selection procedure. of Local Action Groups. Second. Purpose The granting of subsidies to the Local Action Groups of the province of Huesca, through a simplified procedure of competitive competition, to cover their operating expenses during the year 2025 to carry out activities included in their statutory purposes and in their LEADER 2023-2027 Local Development Strategies approved by the Government of Aragon. Third. Regulatory bases The General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huesca, approved by Plenary Agreement of December 3, 2020 and published in BOP No. 18 dated January 29, 2021 and subsequent modifications. Room. Amount The maximum amount of subsidies to be granted by the Provincial Council of Huesca amounts to €300,000, charged to budget application 2025.51.4140.483601. Rural Development Programs. LEADER Program. Subsidies to entities. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Justification period The justification period for the subsidies granted will end on September 15, 2026.
