Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Students registered in Santa Coloma de Farners enrolled in public centers or in subsidized private centers in the municipality, who attend early childhood, primary or secondary education, who meet the requirements of the call and are not affected by any prohibition to be beneficiaries of those indicated in article 13 of the General Subsidy Law. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidies is to grant aid for the acquisition of books and school supplies, in order to promote the social integration of children in their most immediate environment, which is their municipality. Third. Regulatory bases The call is made in accordance with the Ordinance regulating the granting of school subsidies (BOP of Girona no. 156, dated August 17, 2016). Room. Amount The subsidies subject to this call are financed from budget application 2025-17-3270-48000 with a maximum amount of 9,700 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Applications will be submitted within a period of 20 days from the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona announcement. Criteria for evaluating applications In accordance with the Municipal Ordinance regulating the granting of school subsidies, Annex 1, point d), the amounts set will be regularized in accordance with the IRSC in force at the time of submitting the application. Given that for the year 2025 the budget law of the Generalitat sets the value of the Sufficiency Income of Catalonia at €778.49/month, the form of granting of the subsidies, with a limit of 14 points, will be in accordance with the following criteria: The form of granting of the subsidies, with a limit of 14 points, will be in accordance with the following criteria: Economic situation: up to 6 points The score will be distributed as follows: Equal to or less than €389.24 per month/family unit member: 6 points More than €389.24, equal to or less than €778.49 per month/family unit member: 3 points. Greater than €778.49 per month/family unit member: 0 points. Composition of the family unit: up to 6 points. The score will be distributed as follows: Single parent status: With one child: 1 point With more than one child: 2 points Existence of foster children in the family unit: One child: 1 point With more than one child: 2 points Large family rating: 2 points Assessment of social aspects: 3 points The three points will be achieved with the concurrence of at least one of the following circumstances, accredited by the competent service: Families in a situation of residential exclusion. Be in one of the situations described in points d) and/or e) of article 11.1 of the Ordinance regulating the granting of school subsidies. Assessment of health aspects: 2 points The two points will be achieved with the presentation of at least one of the following documents, with respect to a member of the family unit: Certificate or resolution of decrease or disability with a degree equal to or greater than 33%. Certificate or resolution of disability. Resolution of dependency and degree. Medical report or other document proving a serious illness, from the last six months prior to the call, except in cases of degenerative diseases in which the date of the supporting documentation will be irrelevant.
