Official description of the call
FIRST: BENEFICIARIES: Non-profit Associations and Entities may apply for the subsidies, within the scope of Social Services, Equality and Health, intended for carrying out activities of a therapeutic and/or rehabilitative nature. SECOND: PURPOSE: It is the object of these Rules to regulate the granting of subsidies, to Non-profit Associations and Entities, within the scope of Social Services, Equality and Health, intended for carrying out activities of a therapeutic and/or rehabilitation initiated at least six months before the publication of these bases and carried out between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025 in the municipality of Benidorm The subsidy awarded may not exceed the maximum amount of €12,000 per association and a total credit of 90,000 euros, THIRD: REGULATORY BASES: General ordinance regulating subsidies of the Benidorm City Council published in the BOP No. 104 of May 24, 2007 (http://www.dip-alicante.es/bop2/pdftotal/2007/05/24-05-07.pdf#page=13) and Specific Bases included in the call https://sede.benidorm.org/catalogo-de-servicios/BSSA17/ FOURTH: AMOUNT: The subsidy awarded will be attributed to the budget application 18 2311 48900 OTHER TRANSFERS of the current budget. The amount of the subsidy will be 90% of the budgeted amount up to a maximum of €12,000, with the applicant entity being responsible for financing at its own expense, or with other subsidies or income, the part of the expense that exceeds the municipal subsidy FIFTH: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of these Rules in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will end on the 15 calendar days. SIXTH: OTHER INFORMATION: To participate in this Call, the applicant Entities must meet the following requirements, as well as the others established by the following Bases: 1. Be legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Associations of the Benidorm City Council. 2. Have as express institutional purposes, according to their own Statutes and the characteristics of each entity, the performance of therapeutic and/or rehabilitative activities. 3. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in art. 13 of the General Subsidies Law. 4. Be up to date with compliance with your tax and Social Security obligations imposed by current provisions, or, where applicable, have signed an agreement for the installment or postponement of debts with the corresponding Administration. 5. Be up to date with your obligations notified prior to December 31, 2024, with respect to Benidorm City Council, derived from any income. 6. Have justified any subsidy granted by this City Council in the 2024 year, or have formalized express waiver of the subsidy granted, prior to the end of the period established for the presentation of supporting documents for expenses.
