Call. 1. The Call is made for the year 2025, for the subsidies regulated in the Order of September 29, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, of the Comprehensive Projects Program for Labor Insertion. The aid will be granted in accordance with the existing budgetary availability, charged to the credits of the Andalusian Employment Service budget corresponding to the following budget items, and with a maximum amount of €10,000,000. The subsidies are financed from the amounts allocated in the financing framework S0714 Comprehensive Employment Plan Andalusia-SEPE Agreement, with a budget in the current year of eight million euros (€8,000,000), with the two million euros (€2,000,000) for the year 2027 being allocated to the financing code S0574, Employment promotion and intermediation program. 4. The distribution of credits between budget items is estimated. The credits of those budget items that are not exhausted may increase the rest of the budget items depending on their degree of execution. 5. The amounts established in section 2 may be increased by increases in the available credit, in which case, a complementary resolution for the granting of aid may be approved that includes applications that, although meeting all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion of the available credit. 6. In the event that the credit is exhausted before the end of the application submission period established in this call, a resolution accrediting such end will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta Andalucía for general knowledge, which will end the application submission period. Second. Beneficiary entities. In accordance with the provisions of section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases, which determines the persons or entities that can apply for subsidies and the possibility of delimiting them in the Call, among those established in this section, the following may be beneficiary entities: a) Non-profit entities, registered in the corresponding registry in their case. b) Andalusian local corporations and autonomous local entities, as well as entities linked or dependent on them, provided that the actions are carried out within the framework of public-private collaboration with companies where job placement takes place. Third. Eligible concept. 1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 2.a) of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases, the eligible concept will be the development of Comprehensive Projects to promote the labor insertion of long-term unemployed people over 52 years of age who are recipients of this Program, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution Six of this call. 2.
