Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities. Beneficiary entities may be, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the call, companies, including spin-off companies and Young Innovative Companies, technology centers, technological innovation support centers, business associations and science and technology parks. Second. Object. The purpose of the aid is to promote the carrying out of industrial research projects, experimental development or previous feasibility studies in companies, technology centres, technological innovation support centres, business associations and scientific and technological parks, for which the employment of people with a doctorate degree is necessary, in order to promote the professional career of research personnel, as well as stimulate demand in the private sector for personnel sufficiently prepared to undertake R&D plans and projects, and to help the consolidation of recently created technological companies. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CIN/1025/2022, of October 27, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public aid corresponding to various programs and subprograms of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2021-2023, whose management corresponds to the State Research Agency. Room. Amount. The maximum total amount of aid amounts to 20,100,000.00 euros, which will be allocated to the budgetary applications equivalent in the years 2027 and following, to the current 28,303,463B,770 of the General State Budgets, in accordance with budgetary availability. Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications. Applications for participation will be presented by the entities, in accordance with the procedure described in article 14 of the call. The completion and electronic submission of the application must be carried out through the electronic means enabled for this purpose on the website of the State Investigation Agency. The deadline for submitting applications for participation will begin on November 27 and end on December 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Sixth. Application evaluation criteria. Applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria: a) Scientific-technical career of the candidate. b) Quality, viability and scientific-technological relevance of the proposed activity. c) Impact. The description of the criteria, as well as their assessment, are determined in the annex to the call.
