Extract from the Call for Subsidies in kind for participation in the “Christmas Samples 2025”: - “XVI Sample of Christmas Sweets and Wines of the Province of Huelva” - “XV Sample of Oils, Cheeses and Preserved Oils of the Province of Huelva 2025”, approved by resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Huelva, no. 2874/2025 dated September 22. The Provincial Council of Huelva, in its commitment to the economic revitalization of the territory, comes on this occasion to offer, on the one hand, to entrepreneurs and professionals of bakeries and bread makers; pastry and confectionery products; compound spirits; wine and spirits; preserved vegetables and jams; honey and its derivatives; production of coffee and tea, participation in the “XVI Exhibition of Christmas Sweets of the Province of Huelva 2025” to be held from December 11 to 14, 2025, both inclusive. On the other hand, businessmen and professionals of olive oil, artisanal cheeses, canned fish and legumes, participation in the “XV Sample of Olive Oil, Preserved and Cheese of the Province of Huelva 2025”, between December 15 and 17, 2025, both inclusive. Both Exhibitions will be held in the arcades of the Huelva Provincial Council, located on Avda. Martín Alonso Pinzón in the capital. The objectives of these Exhibitions are, on the one hand, to publicize the typical artisanal products of the province and, on the other hand, the cheeses, olive oils, canned fish and legumes of the province in order to boost local commerce and raise awareness among the population of the importance of activating local consumption. 2. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (BOP no. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in point 2 of the call). 3. Beneficiaries. 3.1. "XVI SAMPLE OF CHRISTMAS SWEETS AND WINES OF THE PROVINCE OF HUELVA 2025" 1. Individuals, groups of them (C.B. / S.C. ...) and/or legal entities from the province of Huelva that are registered with the AEAT at the time of publication of this call may attend this call, as manufacturers and/or producers of the following sectors agri-food: bakeries and bread makers; pastry and confectionery products; compound spirits; wine and spirits; preserved vegetables and jams; honey and its derivatives; production of coffee and tea, prepared and manufactured in the province of Huelva and when its registered office is in the province of Huelva. 2. The maximum number of natural/legal persons and beneficiary Communities of Property that may participate will be 20 companies. 3. Individuals, groups thereof (C.B. / S.C. ...) and/or legal entities from the province of Huelva who are registered with the AEAT at the time of publication of this call, as exclusive marketers of the agri-food sectors indicated above, prepared and manufactured in the province of Huelva and when their registered office is in the province of Huelva, may also attend this call. These applications will be taken into account in the event that the maximum number of applicant persons/entities indicated in point 3.3.1.2 of the call is not covered. 4. In the case of Business Groups, natural/legal persons representing and/or owners of several companies or similar, this call may only be attended with one of the companies belonging to the group or similar, with the first application being considered valid. 5. Persons/entities that are subject to any of the prohibitions or circumstances set out in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General on Subsidies and related to its Regulations, as well as in article 11 of law 18/2022 on business creation, or those that have pending justification or reimbursement of previously granted subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. by this Provincial Council. Beneficiary persons/entities must be up to date with their obligations.
