Expt. No. 58/2025 Procedure: Approval of call 1. Approval of Regulatory Bases By agreement of the Plenary Session of the Corporation dated 01/23/2025, the Regulatory Bases were approved for the granting of subsidies to young high-level athletes for sports promotion, corresponding to the year 2025. They were submitted to public information for 20 business days, through an announcement in the BOP Girona dated 28 02/11/2025, and, by reference in DOGC no. 9353 dated 02/18/2025, and there being no allegations in this regard, the adopted agreement has been elevated to final and published in the BOP and notice counter. 2.Maximum total amount of subsidies to be awarded and budget allocation The amount of aid is established based on the following scales or categories: A) Participation in International Championships: Maximum aid of €600 B) Participation in State Championships: Maximum aid €500 C) Participation in Regional Championships: Maximum aid €350 D) Participation in Provincial Championships: Maximum aid €200 participate and get help for one of the three previous categories or scales. Therefore, participation in championships of different territorial scope will NOT mean that the aid is cumulative in nature, but only participation in the championship with the greatest territorial scope will be taken into account. In the event that the accredited expenses do not amount to the sum of the maximum amount of aid exposed (categories A, B, C and D), the subsidy will be adjusted or reduced to the amount of the accredited expenses. The subsidy awarded is compatible with other aid from this City Council for other concepts or objects specified in these subsidy bases as long as it does not involve excess financing. In any case, the amount of the established subsidies (categories A, B, C and D) may be reduced in the event that, due to the number of applications submitted and their amounts, the expected amount of the budget item approved for this benefit is exceeded. In that case, a proration of the aid will be established among all beneficiaries. In exceptional cases, and after evaluation by the youth technical staff, financial aid may be granted for an amount greater than the amount indicated above. The maximum amount for this aid will be €3,000.00 and will be attributed to the budget application 341.48005 of the budget for the year 2025. Exceptionally, an additional amount may be added, the application of which to the granting of the aid will not require a new call. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit, prior approval of the appropriate budget modification and prior to the resolution of granting the subsidy 3.Object The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions and procedures for the granting, on a non-competitive basis with proration, of subsidies, by the City Council of Forallac, intended for: Line 1: Aid in the field of promotion of high-level sport among young people, where the objects Eligible expenses will be the expenses derived from: Acquisition of sports equipment Subsistence allowances, travel (with a limit established in Law 35/2006 relating to Personal Income Tax) and registrations in championships Fees to sports entities and associations. 4. Granting procedure The grant awarding procedure will be non-competitive, given that it is exempt from the requirement of establishing an order of priority among the applications submitted that meet the established requirements in the event that the credit stated in the call is sufficient, taking into account the number of applications once the submission period has ended. 5.Beneficiaries and requirements Persons who, in accordance with the Third Base of the Regulatory Bases of this subsidy, meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this subsidy: 1) Be registered with the Forallac City Council for a minimum of two years from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. 2) That at the time of publishing the call, the athlete is between 10 and 22 years old, both inclusive. 3) Be in possession of a valid federal license.
