In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Object and purpose Granting of subsidies on a competitive basis for the year 2025, aimed at helping groups and associations of Ontinyent to develop projects that promote equality between women and men and/or the prevention and eradication of gender violence in the municipality of Ontinyent. Projects and activities that have the purpose of: Promoting equal opportunities between women and men in the municipality of Ontinyent will be the subject of this financial aid. I will prevent and promote the eradication of violence against women. Facilitate the participation of women in all areas. Promote the reconciliation of family, work and personal life. Promote the professional and training development of women. Promote urban planning with a gender perspective. Promote the comprehensive health of women. Own activities that are adapted to the promotion of equality and the elimination of gender violence. Second. Beneficiary entities The legally constituted groups and associations that include the promotion of equality among their purposes, registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council of Ontinyent and that have representation and headquarters in the municipality of Ontinyent will be considered beneficiaries. Third. Regulatory bases Published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 192 of October 5, 2020. Fourth. Amount The amount of the aid amounts to 5,951.00 euros, charged to the budget application N72000/23100/48000 "Subsidies and equality aid". Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call to the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, prior publication to the National Subsidies Database.
