Official description of the call
FIRST. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy The object of this call is the regulation of the conditions for granting subsidies intended to finance the extraordinary sports activities of non-profit sports clubs during the year 2025. Eligible will be the development of programs that, being complementary or substitutive to the initiatives carried out by the Ordizia City Council or its autonomous bodies, entail a purpose of public utility or social interest and meet the conditions established in this call. Initiatives that are subsidized through other municipal funds or calls will not be considered. The initiatives that, due to their character or purpose, correspond to inclusion in other programs of some other municipal section will be transferred to the pertinent municipal entity or section, informing the interested person SECOND. Credits and budget item to which the subsidy is attributed The economic amount assigned for the subsidies object of this program amounts to the amount of €13,500 and will be financed from budget item 481.02.341.01.0162 2025. THIRD. Procedure for granting the subsidy It will be processed through a competitive bidding procedure and will proceed as established in Section 1 of Title II of the General Subsidies Ordinance. ROOM. Requirements that beneficiaries must meet to obtain the subsidy and how to accredit them The General requirements to be met by beneficiaries are the following: - Be up to date with their tax obligations with Social Security, the Treasury and the Ordizia City Council. - Not being in any of the cases indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. - Not be in any situation provided for in Law 4/2005, of February 18, for the Equality of Women and Men and for a life free of sexist violence against women that entails the prohibition of access to subsidies. - Submit a grant application. - Not being subject to administrative or criminal sanctions with the loss of the possibility of obtaining public aid or subsidies, including sanctions for incurring discrimination on the basis of sex, or being subject to any legal prohibition that disqualifies them from doing so. - Present the budget of the concepts that the City Council can subsidize. - Non-profit sports associations that carry out their sports activities in the area defined in this call may apply for a subsidy, provided that their area of action is in Ordizia. FIFTH. Competent bodies for the organization, instruction and resolution of the concession procedure The instruction of the procedure will be carried out by the Sports Department of the Ordizia City Council. The competent body for the organization and resolution of aid is the mayor's office, without prejudice to the delegations that may be made. SIXTH.- Application submission deadline These rules and the call will be published in the National Subsidies Database, as well as in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Applications must be made through the electronic office, within a period of 20 days from the day following the date of publication of the call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN of Gipuzkoa. https://uzt.gipuzkoa.eus/PortalV/7.00/SolicitudDetalle.aspx?ID=IKDI Likewise, they may be submitted in the terms provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of 20 days from the day following the date of publication of this call in the BULLETIN OFFICIAL of Gipuzkoa. SEVENTH.- Resolution and notification period 1.- Applications will be submitted within the established period. 2.- The technical staff of the Culture Service, after evaluating the requests, will present a proposed resolution. 3.- Next, the proposed resolution will be notified to the interested person and they will be granted a period of 10 days to present the appropriate allegations. 4.- Next, it will be resolved by the mayor's office. The resolution will be published on the website www.ordizia.eus. 5.- The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution
