CALL AND REGULATORY BASES FOR SUBSIDIES TO ELITE PUÇOL ATHLETES FOR THE 2024/2025 SEASON I.- DEFINITION OF THE PURPOSE OF THE SUBSIDY. 1.- Purpose of the call. The object of this call is the granting of financial aid to elite individual athletes who are registered in the town of Puçol, for the development of their sporting activities included in the calendar of federative competitions in which they are immersed, which for these purposes covers from September 30, 2024 to September 29, 2025. 2.- Scope of action and purpose of the subsidies. The purpose of these subsidies is to support the activity carried out by the municipality's elite athletes by rewarding the successes achieved by them in high competition in their respective specialties, taking into account that these athletes constitute a reference for the rest of the residents of the municipality, thus contributing to encourage, promote and incentivize sports practice in general, in addition to making known and spreading the name of Puçol at a national or international level. 3.- Budget credit. The maximum budget allocation allocated to this call amounts to the amount of €3,000 charged to the budget application 540 341 48213 – Promotion and promotion of Sports (Subsidy for elite athletes) of the Puçol City Council Budget for the year 2025. II.- REQUIREMENTS OF THE BENEFICIARIES, FORM AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. 4.- Beneficiaries. 4.1.- Athletes affiliated with any sports federation who meet the following requirements may obtain beneficiary status: • Having been born or being registered in Puçol during the last 3 years. • Have current status as a high-level or performance athlete from the Higher Sports Council (CSD). • Have current status as an elite athlete of the Valencian Community at any level and prove having participated in official competition during the current 2024/2025 season. 4.2.- In particular, individual athletes who are not up to date in compliance with their tax obligations, with respect to the Puçol City Council, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy. 5.- Beneficiary obligations. The beneficiaries of the subsidy undertake to comply with the following obligations, in addition to those included in article 14 of the General Subsidy Law: • Justify the implementation of the subsidized activity or project and the proper application of the funds received. • Comply with the required conditions or requirements, the achievement of the objectives or purpose that determines the granting of the subsidy. • Communicate the obtaining of any other subsidy or aid from any public or private entity whose purpose is the subsidized activities. 6.- Submission of applications. Applications must be submitted to the General Entry Registry at Puçol City Hall with the Elite Sportsmen subsidy application model that appears at the following link: https://www.pucol.es/sites/www.pucol.es/files/Im%C3%A1genes/PDF/MODEL%20SOL%C2%B7LICITUD%20ESPORTISTES%20ELIT.pdf Along with the application, the applicant must present the following documentation: • Documents that prove the results in the competitions that are baremable. • Any other document or information that proves the concurrence of the qualifying merits to access the subsidy. • List in which he appears as an elite athlete. If the documentation does not meet the requirements established in this call, or is not accompanied by the required documentation, the interested party will be required to correct the detected errors or provide the required documents within the maximum and non-extendable period of ten days, in the terms and with the effects established in article 68 of Law 39/2015 of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations with an indication that, if they do not do so, they will be considered withdrawn from their application. request, following a resolution that must be issued in the terms provided in article 21 of this same rule. 7.- Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from November 3 to 14, 2025. Any application submitted after the deadline will be deemed rejected. 8.- Valuation and distribution criteria
