Regulatory bases of the second and extraordinary call for subsidies for the promotion and revitalization of local commerce and promotion of associations 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit merchant associations, registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Hon., may obtain the status of beneficiaries of this aid. Córdoba City Council and who are domiciled in the municipality of Córdoba. The applicant associations must direct their activity to the promotion and promotion of businesses that carry out their activity in the Municipal District of Córdoba on a regular basis. Those associations of merchants that, even meeting the above requirements, have been beneficiaries in the first call for subsidies for the Promotion and Dynamization of Local Commerce and Promotion of Associationism in 2025 will not have the status of beneficiaries in this call, either in line A (Promotion and revitalization of Local Commerce) or in line B (Promotion of Associationism) or in both. Second. Object. The purpose of this call, which is processed under a competitive competition regime, is to regulate the granting of subsidies to be granted in the year 2025 by the Córdoba City Council, through the Commerce Delegation, for the financing of projects and actions carried out between January 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025 (both inclusive) aimed at the promotion and revitalization of local commerce and the promotion of associations in the municipality of Córdoba to be carried out by a local merchants association. For the purposes provided for in this call, those expenses incurred by the entities included in the scope of application of this call for the development in the municipality of Córdoba of projects and actions included in any of the lines detailed below will be considered eligible for subsidies. Indirect taxes susceptible to recovery or compensation and financial expenses are excluded from the aid. A) Line A: Dynamization and Promotion of local commerce. a) The project must address, at least, the following characteristics: The project to promote and energize urban commerce in Córdoba must respond to two main objectives: publicize the local commerce of our city and attract spending towards said commerce. The beneficiary associations must direct their activity to the promotion and promotion of businesses that carry out their activity in the Municipal District of Córdoba on a regular basis. The axis that must inform the project is a global communication campaign with a significant level of notoriety inside and outside the Municipality. It will contain cohesive actions to energize and promote commerce in the city as a whole with specific interventions in the different commercial areas of the municipality. It will present an action program that guarantees its execution in the year in which the subsidy is granted, and a detailed and budgeted list of the activities that comprise it with possible completion dates. b) Expenses derived from the project to energize and promote urban commerce with the following characteristics may be subject to subsidy: Among other eligible expenses, there will be the following: - Communication and advertising expenses, equipment rental, holding workshops, training and information days, events, advertising and other direct services and supplies for the development of activities. - Expenses derived from digitalization activities of small businesses (incorporation of ICTs). - Expenses derived from the implementation of online or electronic commerce during the eligible period (domains, sales platform, expenses for sales operations, ...). The advertising of the actions subject to subsidy may not be concentrated by more than 50% in a single media or communication group. The beneficiary association must explicitly state SUBSIDIZED: Córdoba City Council (Commerce Delegation), in the dissemination of the actions as well as in any graphic, radio, audiovisual, electronic or computer material used in the execution of the subsidized project. Carrying out the subsidized activity is the personal obligation of the beneficiary. If it is required to subcontract services for the activity, these must be indicated in the application report and budgeted, and this subcontracting may reach 100% of the amount of the subsidized activity. c) c will not be computed
