Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Boys and girls registered in the municipality may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. The requirements that must be met are: - Have been on the registry for at least six months (except for babies) before the publication of these bases. - Be enrolled in courses I-0 or I-1 at a municipal daycare center in Palafrugell at the time of submitting the application. - Not have debts of a tax nature with the Palafrugell City Council, the Tax Agency and/or the General Treasury of Social Security. - Not being in any of the situations that prevent being considered a beneficiary, in accordance with that established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies for schooling in municipal daycare centers during the 2025-2026 academic year for boys and girls in I0 and I1 who are in disadvantaged socioeconomic situations. Subsidies are awarded on a competitive basis. Therefore, the amount of the subsidy that can be awarded to each applicant will be the amount that corresponds to the conversion into euros of the score obtained in accordance with the assessment criteria in section e) of the call's rules. The expense caused by these subsidies is charged to budget application 34.3200.48100, up to a limit of 9,500 euros. Fifth. Deadline to submit applications.
