Official description of the call

First. Requirements of beneficiary entities and form of accreditation. In accordance with article 2 of the Basic Order, Murcian Communities settled outside the Region that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Be registered in the Registry of Murcian Communities settled outside the Region. b) Be up to date with your tax obligations before the State Administration and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and with Social Security, in accordance with current regulations. The above requirements will be verified ex officio by the General Directorate responsible for relations with Communities settled outside the Region, except for those established in letter b), when the entity does not authorize the consultation (Annex II). c) Responsible declaration of the entity that none of the circumstances of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, exist that prevent it from obtaining the status of beneficiary (Annex II). Second. Purpose and eligible actions and activities 1. This Order aims to call, on a competitive basis, subsidies to the Murcian Communities located outside the Region in order to promote and encourage activities during the year 2025, that disseminate the cultural, social and economic values ​​of the Region of Murcia and that have an impact on the image of the Region of Murcia as a tourist destination. 2. In accordance with the provisions of article 3 of the Order approving the regulatory bases, this call will subsidize the Murcian Communities located outside the Region, the expenses necessary to carry out the actions and activities during the year 2025, aimed at: a) Facilitating knowledge of our culture, heritage and traditions outside the Region. b) Project the image of the Region of Murcia as a tourist destination. c) Promote the characteristic products and services of the Region of Murcia, with special attention to regional crafts. d) Publicize the cultural heritage of the Region of Murcia declared by UNESCO, both material and intangible, the festivals declared of national and international tourist interest, as well as the figure of illustrious Murcians. 3. Current expenses incurred for carrying out the activity may be subsidized expenses, including the acquisition of non-inventory material. Third. Regulatory bases. Procedure The procedure of this call is governed by the provisions of this Order, by the Order of November 4, 2016, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, of November 11, 2016 (BORM No. 262), of the Counselor of the Presidency, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to the Murcian Communities located outside the Region; by Law 7/2005, of November 18, on subsidies from the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and by the state and regional regulations regulating the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations. Room. Subsidy amount 1. The subsidies will be financed from budget item 11.05.00.126I.484.00, Project 31585 “To Murcian Communities located outside the Region”, for a maximum amount of seventy-eight thousand seven hundred and fifty euros (78,750.00 euros), from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for 2025. Fifth. Application and submission deadline 1. Applications and communications, as well as the required documentation, must be submitted by electronic means at the Electronic Headquarters of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Single Electronic Registry, through the procedure (nº 714) enabled for this purpose, in the Guide to procedures and services (https://sede.carm.es). 2. The subsidy application, duly completed and signed by the legal representative of the entity, will be made in the model that appears as Annex I to the Call Order. 3. The deadline for submitting the application will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this order in the “Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia”. Sixth. Resolution The head of the Ministry of the Presidency, Spokesperson, Foreign Action and Emergencies will resolve by Order the granting of the subsidies,
