Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2023, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted on the website of the National Subsidies and Public Aid Advertising System (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA: First. The XXXIV edition of the competition for the promotion of innovation and educational research in its two modalities, the "Joaquín Guichot" prize, on Andalusian themes, and the "Antonio Domínguez Ortiz" prize, on general themes, in public centers owned by the Ministry responsible for education of the Junta de Andalucía, corresponding to the 2023-2024 academic years, is convened, in a competitive concession mode. 2024-2025. Second. Beneficiaries: The teaching staff, individually or in teams, at non-university levels, who at the end of the application submission period are providing services in public centers whose ownership corresponds to the Department responsible for education of the Government of Andalusia. Third. Purpose: Promote and distinguish those experiences and research and innovation works that contribute to the educational treatment of the values of the Andalusian identity and to modify and improve, in general, teaching practice in centers and classrooms. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the regulatory bases of the competition for the promotion of educational research and innovation in its two modalities, the "Joaquín Guichot" award and the "Antonio Domínguez Ortiz" award, approved by Order of September 5, 2011 (BOJA no. 192, of September 29), modified by Order of September 29, 2015 (BOJA No. 232, November 30, 2015). Fifth. Financial allocation: The global amount of these awards amounts to a total of 21,000 euros for this call, which will be allocated to Service 01, article 48, of program 54C of the budget item corresponding to the 2025 financial year of the General Directorate of Innovation and Teacher Training. This amount will be distributed among the different awarded works, in accordance with the ruling of the Jury provided for in this call, and the Jury may propose the number of prizes, in each modality, that it deems appropriate, also specifying the amount of the financial award assigned to each prize. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this extract. Seventh. Other information: The application, addressed to the head of the general directorate responsible for educational innovation, will be submitted exclusively electronically through the Séneca Information System (https://seneca.juntadeandalucia.es) using the form available in Center / Awards and educational projects / Awards.
