2025 aid for the consolidation of self-employed people in Extremadura through greater professionalization of their businesses pursuant to the Resolution of September 23, 2025 that calls for them

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this DOE (https://doe.juntaex.es). First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons who meet all of the following requirements: a. Who have been registered and contributing uninterruptedly, in the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers or in a Mutual Society of a professional association of Extremadura during the 24 months prior to the date of the aid application. b.That according to the personal income tax return corresponding to the fiscal year prior to the call, the applicant has declared an annual income of at least 12,000 euros. c.That the applicant had not recorded in the personal income tax return corresponding to the fiscal year prior to the call an annual net income from economic activities exceeding 30,000 euros. Second. Purpose Aid for the consolidation of self-employed workers in Extremadura through the contracting of professional services in the following lines of eligible projects: 1.Line 1: Professionalization of management. Expenses related to the hiring of professional services are subsidized, such as legal, labor, tax, commercial, management advice and others of a similar nature, for the development of expert services that allow a leap forward in the business of the applicant self-employed person, in order to enable their growth. These services can be advice and support in the processing of national and/or European aid programs, public tenders, legal, commercial and/or financial procedures of an advanced nature. The provision of basic services of a fiscal, labor and/or accounting nature, intrinsic to the development of any business activity, is excluded. 2.Line 2: Advice for the Improvement of the Business Strategy. Expenses related to the hiring of external professional services to improve competitiveness are subsidized through the following types of advice: Strategic business plan, Business reorientation plan, Commercial expansion plan, Innovation plan, among others. 3.Line 3: Second Chance Projects. The costs of contracting financial and/or legal services aimed at carrying out a company refinancing plan, advice for debt relief, in matters of Bankruptcy Law, implementation of restructuring plans and other services aimed at improving the solvency and viability of businesses are subsidized. 4.Line 4: Professionalization in Communication. Hiring expenses are subsidized for the implementation of a marketing and communication plan by professionals in the field. The projects may also include expenses for carrying out advertising campaigns and commercial marketing actions in advertising media: radio, press, social networks or any other media, provided that said expenses do not exceed 60% of the total expense of the project. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 88/2024, of July 30, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the consolidation of self-employed workers in Extremadura, through greater professionalization of their businesses. Room. Amount. The financial allocation of the call is set at 300,000 euros, charged to budget application 14004.323A.77000, Expenditure Project 20240266 AID FOR THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF SELF-EMPLOYED COMPANIES, financed with the Autonomous Community's own funds. For each of the eligible project lines, the service is quantified at a cost of 2,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy will be 75 percent of the eligible expense. In this way, the amount of aid to be received for carrying out a project in each of the eligible lines is 1,500 euros.
