SUMMARY Extract from Mayor's Decree 1420/2025 dated 10/03/2025, which calls for aid intended to provide housing solutions to people in situations of special vulnerability through the local entities corresponding to the State Plan for Access to Housing 2022-2025 approved by the Resolution of March 13, 2025, through the direct concession procedure. TEXT The identification code assigned by the BDNS to the call is 860727 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and on the website of the City Council of Borriol. First. Beneficiaries. Individuals and/or families residing in Borriol who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Be registered in the municipality of Borriol or have effective residence therein. b) Be over 18 years of age or be legally emancipated or, failing that, have legally initiated the legal emancipation process. c) Not having sufficient resources to meet the expenses derived from the situation of vulnerability. d) That the per capita income of the family unit to which the applicant belongs does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM on a monthly basis. For the purposes of calculating per capita income, all gross income of all members of the family unit during the month prior to the application will be considered. e) Being a victim of gender violence or having suffered eviction from their habitual residence or being homeless, or being in a vulnerable situation (with mental health problems, functional diversity, young people formerly protected by the Generalitat, elderly people, former prisoners, asylum seekers, vulnerable migrants, regardless of their administrative situation, and other similar situations). f) That the home for which aid is requested constitutes the habitual residence of the applicant. g) That the applicant or anyone who has their habitual and permanent residence in the rented home is not related in the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity with the person who has the status of landlord of the home, except in exceptional situations duly justified by the social services. h) That the tenant or any of those who have their habitual and permanent residence in the rented home is not a partner or participant in the natural or legal person acting as landlord. i) Those persons or cohabitation units who: - Have a home they own or have usufruct, which they can occupy after accreditation of the status of victim of gender violence, or the eviction of their habitual residence or the consideration of especially vulnerable and whose occupation is compatible with said situations, may not be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose The purpose of these rules is to establish a regime of aid by direct granting of an exceptional and individualized nature, to people who are victims of gender violence, victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people, asylum seekers, refugees, stateless people, sheltered in the temporary protection regime, or other subsidiary protection statutes, and other especially vulnerable people due to the conditions established in these rules. bases, within the territorial scope of the Valencian Community, with the purpose of providing an immediate housing solution to them. Third. Amount of aid. The aid granted under this call will have a total amount of €8,916.00, and will be charged to budget item 231-48004 “Housing aid for vulnerable people”. Room. Application submission deadline. Subsidy applications and required documentation may be submitted following the publication of this call in the BOP, an extract that will be sent by the BDNS (National Subsidies Database) until December 31, 2025. Fifth. Deadline and form of justification. These aids are granted in response to the occurrence of the situations described in this call.
