Official description of the call
Purpose: The aid object of this call is granted on an exceptional and individualized basis with the purpose of subsidizing in full or in part based on the amount of the rental income, the rental of those people who are victims of gender violence, victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation, victims of sexual violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people, asylum seekers, refugees, stateless persons, under the temporary protection regime, or other subsidiary protection statutes and other especially vulnerable people due to the conditions established in these bases, in the municipality of Burriana. Beneficiaries: Those who meet any of these conditions may be beneficiaries of the aid granted to provide immediate housing accommodation in any of the indicated modalities: 1. Victims of gender violence 2. Victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation 3. Victims of sexual violence 4. Evicted from their habitual residence 5. Homeless 7. Other especially vulnerable people 7.1 Asylums, refugees, stateless persons, covered by the temporary protection regime or other subsidiary protection statutes 7.2. People with mental health problems 7.3. Functional diversity 7.4. Young people ex-tutored by the Generalitat 7.5. Elderly people 7.6. Former inmates 7.7. Asylum seekers 7.8. People who have become vulnerable due to having been substantially reduced, within the two years prior to requesting aid, the net income of the entire cohabitation unit so that it does not exceed three times the IPREM and the effort to pay the rental income exceeds 30% of their net income. 7.9. Other situations of social vulnerability duly justified by technical report. Bases: published in the National Subsidy Database, municipal edict board and municipal website and BOP no. 120, October 7. Amount: Total amount: 50,000 euros. Detail in the seventh base of the regulatory bases. Submission deadline: Applications to be beneficiaries of this aid may be submitted until December 30, 2025.
