Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies, (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Call for aid for students with specific educational support needs, enrolled in educational centers supported by public funds from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, for the 2025-2026 school year. The Help Lines are the following: - Line A: “Speech therapy care”. Aid intended to cover the costs of speech therapy support derived from language and communication disorders that are interfering with the students' learning process and therefore with the achievement of educational objectives. - Line B: “Home educational support for convalescent students.” Aid intended to cover the costs of home educational support, derived from the permanence of students at home for reasons of prolonged convalescence for a period of time greater than one month, which makes their regular attendance at an educational center impossible. - Line C: “Psychotherapy”. Aid intended to cover the expenses derived from psychotherapeutic care for students with specific needs for educational support who require it, when the needs they present interfere with or make difficult the learning process of the students and therefore in the achievement of educational objectives. Second. Beneficiaries and general requirements. Students who, by virtue of an administrative granting resolution, previously meet the following requirements may have the status of beneficiary of the requested aid: 1. To be able to be a beneficiary of Line A aid: 1.1. Have a family residence in Extremadura on the date of submission of the application. 1.2. Be enrolled in the second cycle of early childhood education, primary or compulsory secondary education in centers supported by public funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura in the school year that is the subject of the call. 1.3. Have specific educational support needs associated with developmental delay, language and communication disorders, being in a situation of socio-educational vulnerability, having joined the educational system late or due to personal conditions or school history. The student must be registered in the NEAE Hopscotch Module. Exceptionally, when the need for speech therapy care arises from a serious accident or illness, certified by pertinent clinical report. 1.4. Need speech therapy care that cannot be provided by the educational center through the intervention of the hearing and language specialist teacher, or through another specialized service, supported or subsidized with public funds. 1.5. The income of the family unit must not exceed the following amounts, for which purposes the economic data of the family unit held in the Tax Agency at the time of publication of the call will be taken into account: • Families with 1 member 9,243.98 euros. • Families of 2 members 13,864.87 euros. • Families of 3 members 18,486.86 euros. • Families of 4 members 23,108.85 euros. • Families of 5 members 26,806.67 euros. • Families of 6 members 30,503.38 euros. • Families of 7 members 34,201.19 euros. • Families of 8 members 37,899.00 euros. • Starting with the 8th member, 3,697.81 euros will be added for each new eligible member. 2. Students who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of Line B aid: 2.1. Have a family residence in Extremadura on the date of submission of the application. 2.2. Be enrolled in primary education, compulsory secondary education, baccalaureate or intermediate or higher level training cycles in centers supported by public funds of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura in the school year that is the subject of the call. 23. Require educational support at home during the school year to which the call refers, and for a period of more than one month, due to the impossibility of accessing an educational center due to a convalescent situation determined by prescription.
