First. Call. In no case will those in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 4.3 of the Order of September 13, 2021 occur, be able to obtain the status of beneficiary entities. 4. The entities that are beneficiaries assume responsibility for the execution of the subsidized training project, being competent to execute the entire project in accordance with article 5.2 of the Order of September 13, 2021. Third. Object. Employment and training projects in person will be subject to public subsidy, on a competitive basis, aimed at improving the chances of job placement of people registered as job seekers in an unemployed employment situation who participate in them through their qualification in alternation with professional practice, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of September 13, 2021. Fifth. Financing and compatibility regime. 1. The budgetary credits intended to finance the subsidies established in this call are those contained in the items and for the amounts detailed in the first resolution and with the distribution set forth in section 5. 2. The financing of the subsidies granted under this call come entirely from funds of the General Administration of the State and will be financed from the General Budgets of the State through the credits specifically included each year in the budget of expenses of the Public Service of State Employment. 3.
