Extract from the call for subsidies addressed to the town councils or local autonomous organizations of the Girona regions for the realization of the Cobla Music Concert Series? season 2025-2026 Description of the call Resolution of October 7, 2025, of the Governing Board, which approves the call for subsidies directed to the town councils or local autonomous organizations of the Girona regions for the realization of the Cobla Music Concert Series? 2025-2026 season. Beneficiaries All city councils in the Girona regions or local autonomous organizations can apply for the grants covered by these rules. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Purpose Subsidies to finance the Cobla Music Concert Series. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for subsidies directed to the town councils or local autonomous organizations of the Girona regions for the realization of the Cobla Music Concert Series, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in the session of June 17, 2025, initially published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOPG) no. 120, of June 25, 2025. Amount The estimated amount allocated to the call is €54,000.00. In order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications or to grant a greater amount of subsidies, this credit may be expanded with an additional amount of a maximum of €30,000.00, derived from a supplement to the budget application. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is 10 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG. Applications must be formulated using the standardized model available on the Girona Provincial Council website, according to article 6 of the regulatory bases. Applications must be formulated using the standardized model available on the Diputació de Girona website and in accordance with article 7 of the regulatory bases. The applications, duly completed and digitally signed by the interested person or by whoever legally represents the entity, will be submitted through the Girona Provincial Council subsidy platform within the period established in the call. The electronic signature systems accepted by the Provincial Council of Girona specified in the electronic headquarters may be used. If the deadline for submitting applications falls on a Saturday or holiday, the deadline will end on the next business day. Applications will be attended to in strict order of entry into the processing platform, and according to the order of preference of the cobla, until the budgetary availability of the corresponding call is exhausted. Requests that cannot be met will be placed on a waiting list. The order of the list will be determined based on the order of entry through the processing platform. In the event that there are resignations among the beneficiaries, they will be replaced by the petitioning municipalities that have been left on the waiting list and always respecting the order established in the corresponding resolution. The replacement will be formalized by a resolution of the vice president of the Area of Culture, New Technologies and Sports.
