Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries All those people who share a home and sign the rental contract individually may be beneficiaries. In this case, each applicant will be an independent Coexistence Unit and the income will be computed prorated among all signatories of the contract. Second.- Purpose Granting of aid, on a non-competitive basis, to contribute in part to the payment of the rent of the home intended as the habitual residence of young people between 18 and 35 years old who reside in the municipality of Zaldibar. Third.- Regulatory bases Bases for subsidies for the rental of housing for young people aged 18 to 35 residing in Zaldibar, published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia No. 196 of October 14, 2025. Fourth.- Amount Amount The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of 100 euros per rental home, computed in the case of individuals who constitute yes, an independent Living Unit the corresponding amount, for a period of 12 months. The amount of the subsidy corresponding to the beneficiaries according to the provisions of this article is in any case subject to the existence of budgetary credit. The total amount included in budget item 3372.48003 for youth rental aid for the financial year 2025 is – €9,000.00. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications Deadline for submitting applications: Until December 31, 2025.
