SPECIFIC REGULATORY BASES FOR THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION PROJECTS 2025

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries. Non-Governmental Entities or Organizations or Non-profit Associations, which meet the requirements established in the specific bases that are approved together with the call. Second: Object. The subsidies are intended to finance projects aimed at improving the living conditions and sustainable development of the most vulnerable right-holders in impoverished countries, as well as supporting the fulfillment of human, economic, social and cultural rights, in the terms defined in the reference state and regional legislation, and that contribute to generating or strengthening relations of solidarity from Molina de Segura. The purpose is to carry out actions that contribute to the satisfaction of basic needs, primarily: the eradication of poverty, food, health, housing, basic education or equipment and infrastructure to improve the living conditions of the population, the promotion of equality between men and women and environmental sustainability, in the field of international cooperation. Third: Regulatory Bases. The subsidies described will be governed by the provisions of the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Molina de Segura City Council, definitively approved in a Plenary Session on April 19, 2005 and published in the BORM of July 7, 2005, by the General Rules regulating the call for subsidies and prizes of the Molina de Segura City Council for the year 2025, provided for in the Budget Execution Bases for 2025, and the specific bases approved along with the call. http://sedeelectronica.molinadesegura.es/subvenciones/ Subsidies - Electronic Headquarters Fourth: Amount. The granting of this subsidy will be financed from item 48/2311/4900000 DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION PROJECTS, of the Municipal Expenditure Budget for the year 2025, with a credit assigned to it in the amount of €4,500.00. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Taking into account the nature of the beneficiaries of the subsidy to which this call refers and in application of the provisions of articles 14 and 68.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, only applications that are submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Molina de Segura City Council as well as in the remaining electronic records of any of the subjects referred to in the article will be admitted. 2.1 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015. 2. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. Sixth. Other data. The regulatory bases for the subsidy, the full text of the call and models to be submitted along with the application are available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Molina de Segura City Council (https://sedeelectronica.molinadesegura.es/subvenciones/)
