Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Call. Aid to local entities for works or services of general and social interest of the Agreement for Agrarian Employment and Social Protection in 2025. Second. Object. Aid to local entities for works or services of general and social interest within the scope of the Agreement for Agrarian Employment and Social Protection, in accordance with the regulatory bases approved by Presidential Decree 4/2020, of June 16 (published in DOE No. 119, of June 22), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to local entities for works or services of general and social interest within the scope of the Agreement for the Agricultural Employment and Social Protection. The aid assigned to each local entity will be used to cover all expenses necessary to carry out works or services of general and social interest and which are specified in the project or valued report, where applicable, approved by the SEPE through a resolution granting aid for the hiring of workers. Third. Beneficiary local entities. The local entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that are recipients of the aid for the hiring of working personnel that the SEPE has approved by resolution during the 2024 financial year based on its specific regulations within the AEPSA may be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated in the call resolution, with the requirements and conditions established therein. To obtain the status of local entity beneficiary of this subsidy, it must be proven that it is not subject to any of the reasons for exclusion referred to in article 12 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, which will be carried out in accordance with the standardized model established as Annex I.A) of the application. Local entities must prove that they are up to date with their tax obligations with the State and Regional Treasury and with Social Security obligations, in accordance with article 95.1.k) of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax, and article 12.8 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. The beneficiary local entities are subject to the obligations established in article 13 of Law 6/2011, of March 23. Room. Regulatory bases. Presidential Decree 4/2020, of June 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to local entities for works or services of general and social interest within the scope of the Agreement for Agrarian Employment and Social Protection (published in DOE No. 119, of June 22). Fifth. Amount. The amount of aid for materials and auxiliary means will be determined by the subsidy that for the same action has been granted by the SEPE for the hiring of workers. The percentage to be applied to each local entity may not exceed 30% in any case. The budget allocated to this call amounts to five million, four hundred and seventy-two thousand, three hundred and forty euros (5,472,340 euros), allocated to the financial year 2025, charged to budget application 220060000 G/115B/76000 FC25000003 and expenditure project 20090159. The amount of budget credits to which the subsidies are allocated calls may be increased depending on budget availability, in accordance with the provisions of article 29.3 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The applications to be resolved in this call will be those that, adjusted to the standardized models, have been presented within two months, counting from the date of notification of the SEPE concession resolution granting aid for the hiring of workers to local entities.
