Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of subsidies, for an amount that may be equivalent to 30% of the net amount of the real estate tax and with a limit of €200, corresponding to the habitual residence, to the holders of the single-parent family card who are taxable subjects of the tax, provided that the annual income of the family unit does not exceed 3 times the IPREM (14 payments). Second. Beneficiaries Individuals who hold a single-parent family card and who are liable for the tax as owners of the property and as long as it is their habitual residence may apply for the subsidy. The total sum of the family unit's income must not exceed 3 times the IPREM (14 payments). For the purposes of granting the subsidy regulated here, habitual residence will be understood as the one in which the beneficiary of the subsidy is registered on January 1 of the year of the quota to be subsidized. Applicants, on the date of accrual of the fee to be subsidized, must meet the following requirements: a) Be holders of a single-parent family card. b) Only people who appear on the single-parent family card and first-degree relatives may be registered in the home for which the subsidy is requested. c) Be the owner of the habitual residence with a maximum of one parking plate and a storage room incorporated. d) Neither the applicant, nor any person who lives in the home and is registered, may have access to other urban properties. e) That the applicant, together with the group of people registered with him, must have an income that does not exceed 3 times the IPREM (14 payments). f) Be a taxpayer of the Real Estate Tax for your habitual residence, on the date of accrual of the subsidized fee. In this case, registration at the habitual residence for which the subsidy is requested must last at least during the period from January 1 of the quota to be subsidized until the date of formalization of the application. g) Applicants, on the date of submission of their application, must be up to date with their tax obligations with the City Council, the rest of the Public Administrations, and with Social Security. The presentation of a responsible declaration will replace the presentation of certificates of being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations. Third. Regulatory bases The call is made in accordance with the bases approved by the Plenary, in a session dated August 5, 2024 and published in BOP number 159, of August 19, 2024. Fourth. Amount 1.- The maximum budget that will be allocated for the granting of these subsidies subject to this call will be €8,000, shared with the subsidies aimed at retired people, on the liquid quota of the Real Estate Tax corresponding to the habitual residence. It will be in charge of the budget application 511 2310 48005 The amount awarded within the framework of these subsidies for each applicant will be a maximum of €200. 2.- Aid may not be granted in excess of the available budget credit. In the event that the number of applications received results in an amount of aid greater than the available credit, this credit will be proportionally prorated among all applications. Fifth. Application submission deadline The standardized application form will be published on the municipal website. The application submission period will be from November 3 to November 14, 2024, both included.
