Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: Non-profit associations whose purpose is the defense and protection of abandoned and lost animals that carry out the subsidized activity in the Municipality of Almería. Second.- Purpose: Granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, for programs presented by non-profit associations, aimed at the protection and adoption of abandoned and lost animals for the year 2025. Third.- Regulatory bases: General ordinance of regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Almería City Council and its autonomous bodies. (BOP No. 142 dated 07/24/2024). Fourth.- Amount: The maximum amount of the call will be €20,000.00. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: Ten business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Almeria. Sixth. Subsidy payment sequence: Once the procedure is resolved by the competent body, 90% of the amount granted will be paid, with the remaining 10% paid once the subsidy has been justified. Seventh. Subsidy justification: The deadline to justify the subsidy will be two months from the end of the execution period of the eligible project.
