Official description of the call
Resolution of October 20, 2025 of the rector of the University of Oviedo authorizing an expense and approving the call for international mobility aid, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at pursuing Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate studies, during the 2026/2027 academic year, in institutions with which there are bilateral Erasmus+ agreements KA131. Line 1 “Aid intended to finance mobility for study purposes.” First.—Beneficiaries. Students of the University of Oviedo enrolled in regulated undergraduate or master's degree education, or in a doctoral program at the time of application and during the course of the stay. Second.—Object. Financing international mobility aid, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at pursuing Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate studies, during the 2026/2027 academic year, in institutions with which there are bilateral Erasmus+ KA131 agreements. Third.—Regulatory bases. Resolution of March 22, 2024 approving the regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid, under a competitive competition regime, intended to finance international mobilities within the framework of the Erasmus+ Program and collaboration agreements concluded with foreign institutions (BOPA of April 8, 2024). Fourth.—Amount. The financing of said call will be for a global amount of three million six hundred thousand euros (€3,600,000). This amount will be covered by the budget applications specified: Budget year Budget application Amount 2026 18.01.134B.491.31.03 €1,800,000 2027 18.01.134B.491.31.03 €1,800,000 Total €3,600,000 Fifth.—Deadline for submission of applications. Three deadlines for submitting applications are established: Deadline 1. Ten days from the day following the publication of this call (starting at 00:00) in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and until 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the deadline, for the application for mobility aid to pursue Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate studies during the 2026/2027 academic year in institutions with which they exist. Erasmus+ bilateral agreements KA131. Aid may be requested for both semester (first or second semester) and full-year stays. Deadline 2. From February 15, 2026 (starting at 00:00) and until 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2026, for students requesting mobility linked to the “Applied European Languages” (AEL) Programme. Deadline 3. From September 1, 2026 (starting at 00:00 a.m.) and until 11:59 p.m. on September 15, 2026, for the application for mobility aid to pursue university Master's or Doctorate studies during the second semester of the 2026/2027 academic year, in institutions with which there are bilateral Erasmus+ agreements KA131.
