Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.bi 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, which establishes that the BDNS (National Subsidies Database) will operate as a national subsidy advertising system by publishing the extract of the call that can be consulted (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). In accordance with the Strategic Plan approved by decree in this City Council on December 15, 2023. In accordance with the Bases of the Subsidies "to support urban commerce, to carry out commercial animation and revitalization activities for consumers, in order to promote commerce in the municipality, in Castelldefels", approved by the local government board on September 26, 2019. They are those published in the BOPB dated October 23 2019, URL: https://bop.diba.cat/scripts/ftpisa.aspx?fnew?bop2019&10/022019018149.pdf&1 I HAVE: First.- Approve the call for Subsidies, for the year/period: 2025: “that promote the maintenance and improvement of the local economy of Castelldefels” in the line of “commercial dynamization of the city”, by this City Council and under a competitive competition regime, subject to the basic determinations indicated in the annex. Second.- Approve the authorization of expenditure for a maximum amount of 25,000 EUR, charged to the budget application: 62 4330 48901 of the Municipal Budget for the year 2025. Third.- Send this call, together with an extract from it and reference to its regulatory bases, to the National Subsidies Database, so that it can be published, in accordance with the provisions of the article. 23 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Likewise, once the call is published in the BOP, disseminate it through all municipal media. EXHIBIT. Call CALL FOR THE 2025 ANNUALITY of subsidies: "that promote the maintenance and improvement of the local economy of Castelldefels" in the line of "commercial revitalization of the city" a).- Regulatory Bases: The specific Bases that govern the granting of subsidies by the Castelldefels City Council aimed at the maintenance and improvement of the local economy of Castelldefels, for the carrying out of commercial revitalization activities in Castelldefels, They are those published in the BOPB dated: June 22, 2022, url: http://bop.diba.cat/anunci/3259497/aprovacio-definitiva-de-les-bases-reguladores-per-a-la-concessio-de-subvencions-que-fomentin-el-manteniment-i-la-millora-de-l-economia-local-ajuntament-de-castelldefels b).- Budget credits to which the subsidy is attributed and amount maximum total: The maximum amount allocated amounts to €25,000.00, distributed as follows: - Budget application 62 4330 48901, SUPORT I FOMENT DE L’ASSOCIACIONISME, project: DESP_COM_0014 SUBVENCIÓ COMERÇ from the municipal budget for the year 2025 (A: 12025000112170) for the amount of €25,000.00. A maximum individual amount is established for each presented beneficiary of €25,000.00, within the limit of the maximum amount consigned. As a general rule, subsidies may not exceed 50% of the cost of the project to which it is applied. However, up to 90% municipal contribution may be reached when the Qualifying Commission considers that there is a need to do so and justifies it. c).- Purpose: These subsidies aim to support local commerce using the revitalization and professionalization of the city's small commercial companies, through events and fairs on public roads and with advice and training, organized by the city's commercial revitalization entities. The subsidized projects must be developed during the year 2025. Exceptionally, invoices issued until 03/31/2026 will be justifiable if they undoubtedly correspond to expenses of the activity carried out within the eligible period. Subsidized projects must comply with Art 1.1.3. of the regulations for the use of the Catalan language of the Castelldefels City Council, DOGC 4,940 (08/03/2007). d).- Call regime: The granting of the aforementioned subsidies will be carried out through a competitive competition regime. e).- Beneficiaries and requirements: The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies covered by this call: Entities, associations
