The General Director of the SEF, which approves the call for the granting of subsidies for the development by Non-Profit Entities of Experiential Programs of a general nature, aimed at the unemployed, fiscal year 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of this call may be Associations, Foundations and other non-profit entities and institutions, with availability of at least one establishment in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, legally constituted in accordance with its specific regulatory regulations, with legal personality and full capacity to act and registered in the corresponding public registry, provided that due to their purpose and competence they can carry out the execution of the corresponding works or services proposed in the project for the development of an experiential employment and training program and have sufficient technical and management capacity. Second. Object. The purpose of this Resolution is to call for the financial year 2025, subsidies intended to finance the execution by Non-Profit Entities of the Region of Murcia of Experiential Employment and Training Programs of a general nature for unemployed people and registered in employment offices, in accordance with the provisions of the Bases Order of October 24, 2023 that regulates them, modified by the Order of September 29, 2025. The purpose of these programs is to improve the possibilities of insertion of unemployed people who participate in them through their qualification in alternation with professional practice. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of October 24, 2023 of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service, which develops Experiential Programs, included in mixed public employment and training programs, and establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the execution of said programs in the Region of Murcia (BORM no. 257 of November 7), modified by the Order of September 29, 2025 of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service (BORM no. 234, of October 9). Room. Amount. The available credit in the call for participation in this action is €3,000,000.00, financed from the expense budget of the Regional Employment and Training Service for the year 2025 with funds from the State Administration-State Public Employment Service and broken down as follows: Financed by the SEPE-Ministry of Labor and Social Economy: €3,000,000.00. In accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an estimated additional amount of 1,000,000.00 euros is established when there is an increase in credits derived from: 1. Applications having been submitted in previous calls of aid from local entities and non-profit entities for experiential programs, for an amount lower than the expense initially planned for them, provided that they are calls charged to the same budget credits or to those whose transfer can be agreed upon by the competent body. 2º The amount of available budgetary credit has increased as a result of a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit. In any case, the effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit as a consequence of the aforementioned circumstances and, where appropriate, prior approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy, the extract of which must be published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, without said publicity implying the opening of the period to submit new applications, nor the start of a new calculation of the period to resolve. Said affectation is conditional on the effective incorporation of the aforementioned credit and the enabling of the availability of the credit of the corresponding item. The individual amount will depend on the expenses of training for employment, complementary education and operation throughout the project, as well as the salary expenses of the student-worker of the project. Fifth. Presentation and deadline for applications. A Subsidy applications will be completed by SEDE ELECTRONICA (https://sede.carm.es) Procedure 4440 “Experiential Employment and Training Projects”. The electronic registration of the request will require, at least, the identification and authentication of the requester.
