FIRST: BENEFICIARIES: Those people who have an obvious and verifiable need for support at home that allows them to remain in their family or cohabitation nucleus and who have been on the municipal register with continuous residence for at least one year may apply for a subsidy. SECOND: OBJECT: The purpose of this call is the granting of financial aid to contribute to the expenses of home care for family groups that require domestic and/or personal care, when the individual or family situation is of special need, ensuring the permanence of the person in their family or cohabitation nucleus. THIRD: REGULATORY BASES: General Ordinance regulating subsidies of the Benidorm City Council published in BOP No. 104 of May 24, 2007 and Specific Bases included in the call and bases of the 2026 call https://sede.benidorm.org/catalogo-de-servicios/BSPAAD/ FOURTH: AMOUNT: The granting of subsidies to contribute to the costs of care domiciliary amounts to €500,000, subject to the existence of credit for the year 2026. The amount to be subsidized will be a maximum of €15/hour, which will be granted proportionally to the income of the family unit, according to the economic scale annex 1; and at the recommended hours, according to the rating scale and up to a maximum of 40 hours per month per person, in the case of personal care. FIFTH: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: Applications may be submitted in the year 2026 and, exceptionally, until November 28, 2025 for all those beneficiaries who have received the aid during the year 2025. SIXTH: OTHER INFORMATION: The granting of this aid is incompatible, among others, with: 1. The existence of assets of any nature that, due to their characteristics, are sufficient to meet the need for attention raised. The ownership or usufruct of the habitual residence is exempt from calculation, as well as the assets classified as exempt in Law 19/1991 of June 6 on Wealth Taxes. 2. The ownership or usufruct of 100% of any type of real estate other than the habitual residence, whose cadastral value exceeds €45,000. 3. The existence of movable capital greater than €30,000. 4. Be a beneficiary of any benefit from the Autonomy and Dependency Care Service (SAAD), with the exception of the Home Telecare service and the Day Center service; in the latter case, provided that the need for home care is related to facilitating the beneficiary's access to the aforementioned resource.
