Official description of the call
Purpose of the call: The purpose of this call is to grant aid for the co-financing of cooperation actions in developing countries, which in turn contribute to strengthening relations of solidarity from the municipality of San Millán and which are developed within the period between January and December 2025. Development cooperation projects carried out from January to December 2025 will be eligible. Projects must meet the following criteria: — Development Cooperation Projects Development, endorsed by NGDOs and/or other non-profit natural or legal persons, that contribute to promoting the development of the populations of developing countries, as well as reinforcing solidarity relations from San Millán. — The applicant entities must have among their institutional purposes the carrying out of development cooperation activities, the lack of profit motive and the destination of all the income granted to the carrying out of development cooperation and social action activities. Beneficiaries: Non-governmental organizations or institutions, non-profit natural or legal persons, that are developing projects whose activities coincide with the purpose of this call and that have members or people who collaborate directly in the project, related to the municipality of San Millán, may apply for a subsidy. The following are expressly excluded from accessing this call: — Institutions and services dependent on the State, the Autonomous Administration, the Provincial Council and savings entities, with the exception of educational centers. — Companies or other for-profit entities. — Entities that are subject to circumstances that prohibit being beneficiaries, provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. — Entities that prevent the presence and/or participation of women or men, in terms of equality, within said entities; except those composed of members of a single sex, whose main objective is the achievement of equality between women and men, or the promotion of the specific interests and needs of the group of women or men. Regulatory bases: Approved by the Full City Council of San Millán in a session held on October 14, 2025. Amount of aid: The budgetary application established to meet this call is number 231,481,005. The maximum amount of said item is 14,734.99 euros. Application submission deadline: From the day following the insertion of the call announcement in the BOTHA and until December 30, 2025.
