Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): FIRST. BENEFICIARIES The beneficiaries of this aid will be the natural persons proposed by the Technical Commission for the Assessment and Monitoring of Economic Benefits who meet the following requirements: a) Be registered and have effective residence in the municipality of Puig de Santa María and be especially vulnerable as people of: - Victims of gender violence. - Victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation. - Victims of sexual violence. - Evicted from their habitual residence. - Homeless. - Asylums, refugees, stateless persons, under the temporary protection regime or other subsidiary protection statutes. - Other especially vulnerable people, who hold said condition according to the individual assessment issued by the City Council's Basic Primary Care Social Services, according to clause 6.a of the Rules. b) The rental income or transfer price of the home, accommodation or housing solution that is the subject of the lease or transfer contract must be equal to or lower than the limit established by the regional administration. This rent or price does not include the amount that could correspond to annexes such as parking spaces, storage rooms or similar. In the event that these annexes are included in the lease or transfer of use contract, the procedure will be followed according to clause 6.b of the bases. The rented home, transferred for use or other occupation must constitute the habitual residence of the person or cohabitation unit receiving the aid. c) The tenant, assignee or holder of the right to occupy the home, or any of those who have their habitual residence there, must not be related in the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity with the person who has the status of lessor or transferor of the home, except in exceptional situations duly justified by the Social Services. Nor may she be a partner or participant in the natural or legal person acting as lessor or assignor. d) Those persons or cohabitation units who have a home owned or usufruct regime, which they can occupy after accreditation of the status of victim of gender violence, eviction from their habitual residence or being considered especially vulnerable and whose occupation is compatible with said situations, may not be beneficiaries of the aid. Likewise, persons or cohabitation units who enjoy, under a rental regime, transfer of use or under any temporary enjoyment regime admitted by law, a home belonging to the public housing assets of any Public Administration or managed by it, are excluded as beneficiaries of the aid. SECOND. PURPOSE The purpose of this aid is to attend to the residential needs of people who are victims of gender violence, people who have been evicted from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people registered and with effective residence in the municipality of Puig de Santa María. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES Regulatory bases for the granting of ?Aid to facilitate housing solutions to people in situations of special vulnerability of the Puig de Santa María City Council? approved by agreement of the Plenary Session in an ordinary session held on November 30, 2023. FOURTH. AMOUNT The amount of aid granted by the city council will be determined taking into account the personal circumstances of the beneficiary and in accordance with the report, which, for these purposes, is issued by the basic primary care social services, within the following limits: a) Aid may be granted up to 100% of the income or price of the home or housing solution to be enjoyed under a lease, transfer in use regime or any temporary enjoyment regime admitted by law with a maximum of 600 euros per month. b) Other aid of up to 200 euros per month may be granted to cover the maintenance, insurance, community and basic supplies of the home or housing solution, including
