OPENING OF THE DOCUMENTATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE Subject to public information is the plenary agreement of this Provincial Council, dated October 2, 2025, regarding the initial approval of the Provincial Municipal Economic Concertation Plan for the year 2025. Maintenance and repair of municipal facilities and services, for a period of ten days from the publication of the corresponding announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province no. 189, dated October 7, 2025, the Villanueva de Sijena City Council presented an allegation that has been partially upheld according to a plenary agreement dated November 6, 2025. In the same agreement, the Plan was definitively approved, after the final approval of the credit modification file no. 48/2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the agreement, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and at the headquarters, is published, in order to open the deadline for the presentation of documentation by the beneficiary municipalities. electronic of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://sede.dphuesca.es/): First. Beneficiaries Municipalities of the Province of Huesca, except those with a population equal to or greater than 5,000 inhabitants, given their greater economic capacity compared to the rest of the municipalities. Second. Purpose Intended to finance current expenditure, carried out in the year 2025, derived from the hiring of personnel, self-employed or companies for the maintenance and repair of municipal facilities and/or municipal services, except for the corrective maintenance of energy supplies, which was provided for in the first Municipal Economic Concertation Plan for 2025. Expenses related to accounting, inventory or municipal register computer programs, as well as those derived from the use of computer applications, will be considered eligible. for implementation of electronic administration (Gestiona or others). Current expenses that refer to the ordinary activity of the local entity not directly related to a specific municipal service other than those indicated above will not be understood as eligible expenses. Amount Global amount: €2,998,126 Distribution criteria: a) By municipality: 1.- Up to 250 inhabitants: 10,000 euros 2.- From 251 to 500 inhabitants: 9,000 euros 3.- From 501 to 1,000 inhabitants: 6,800 euros 4.- From 1,001 to 4,999 inhabitants: 5,000 euros Total: €1,703,000 b) For each inhabitant, (by population section and according to the population figures referring to January 1, 2024): 1.- Up to 250 inhabitants: 10 euros 2.- From 251 to 500 inhabitants: 9 euros 3.- From 501 to 1,000 inhabitants: 6 euros 4.- From 1001 to 4999 inhabitants: 5 euros Total: €600,026 c) By singular population entities, (by population section), referred to the gazetteer of the National Statistics Institute as of January 1, 2024 1.- Up to 250 inhabitants: 1,800 euros 2.- From 251 to 500 inhabitants: 1,500 euros 3.- From 501 to 1,000 inhabitants: 1,200 euros 4.- From 1001 to 4999 inhabitants: 800 euros Total: €695,100 Fifth. Deadline for submission of documentation In accordance with the wording of the Plan, beneficiaries must complete, electronically, the electronic form for sending documentation, attaching a responsible declaration and acceptance of the subsidy, as well as other complementary documentation specified therein, within a period of 10 days, counting from the day following the publication of this announcement of final approval of the Plan in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The documentation to be presented will be formalized in the models that appear on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (www.dphuesca.es/planes-de-concertacion-municipal), specific for this procedure, and will be presented electronically.
