Beneficiaries. Any person who meets the following requirements will be able to access the services for which this line of subsidies is intended, as an individualized financial benefit: a) Be registered in the municipality of Catí. b) Demonstrate, by formalizing, before the City Council, a responsible declaration, relating to the presence of at least one of the following circumstances: - You do not have a vehicle. - Suffers from temporary incapacity, derived from his illness, to drive vehicles. - Your driving license is limited to your location or a maximum radius from your place of residence (driving license code 62). - You do not have a valid license to drive vehicles. - In one of the above circumstances, you do not have a family member or close friend who can assume your transfer, on the day and time established in the previously assigned appointment. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to finance the discretionary free transportation service by taxi, for medical and social purposes, available to the population domiciled in Catí, who falls ill due to lack of availability of their own vehicle or a valid license to drive a vehicle and who proves their necessary assistance to any of the following medical services: a) Concerted assistance to Outpatient Clinics of Hospital Centers and Publicly Owned Medical Centers, with the exception of transportation to medical services assumed by the Department of Universal Health and Public Health, such as medical emergencies or scheduled treatments. Assistance in privately owned Hospital Centers and Medical Centers, assigned to the exercise of Public Function, such as MUFACE, ISFAS, or MUGEJU. The geographical scope of the medical taxi concession is limited to trips within the territory of the province of Castelló. Travel outside the provincial area will be subject to the assessment of the Social Services Technical Team according to the assessment parameters indicated in this protocol. b) Attendance at optometry, hearing screening and dental services, located in the municipality closest to the one of origin, in the event that they are not available in the applicant's own municipality. c) Eligible expenses for the purposes of this call will be considered those exclusively derived from the provision of discretionary rural transport services by taxi, for medical or social purposes, with reference to the period included within each financial year. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific Ordinance for the granting of subsidies, approved on February 18, 2022, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 43, dated April 9, 2022. Fourth. Amount of aid. 1. There is no established maximum amount to be received by each beneficiary as long as credit is available. 2.
