Official description of the call
Entrepreneurship Unit and Zaragoza Activa Extract from the agreement of the Government of Zaragoza celebrated on November 19, 2025, which approves the call for aid to promote hiring and stability in employment, as well as the insertion of unemployed people belonging to groups that are difficult to insert, under a competitive competition regime. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias), as well as on the Zaragoza City Council website. (http://www.zaragoza.es). BENEFICIARIES They may be beneficiaries of the aid as self-employed, professionals and SMEs, established in the municipality of Zaragoza, whatever their legal form, who hire unemployed people, registered with the Aragonese Employment Service, and who can prove that they belong to one of the groups of difficult insertion included in the bases of the call. OBJECT The promotion of hiring and stability in employment, as well as the insertion of unemployed people belonging to groups that are difficult to insert into a competitive competition regime. REGULATORY BASES The bases are governed by the General Municipal Ordinance and regulatory bases for the subsidies of the Zaragoza City Council and the public sector, approved by the Hon. Plenary Council on September 26, 2016 as well as by the bases of execution of the 2022 budget and, in an additional manner and in matters not provided for therein, by the Regulation of Law 38/2003 General of Subsidies approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21 and by the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon. AMOUNT The maximum amount planned for this call amounts to 380,000.00 euros. APPLICATION DEADLINE AND PLACE OF SUBMISSION The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the B.O.P.Z.
