BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call: The call for the Adriano Scholarship is made for the 2025/2026 academic year, in the form of non-competitive concurrence concession, the following line of aid in the field of the Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, in the maximum total amount and charged to the budgetary credit indicated below: LINE MAXIMUM AMOUNT BUDGETARY ITEM Adriano Scholarships 550,000 euros 1100010900/G/42F/48004/00/01 Second. Beneficiaries: The Adriano Scholarship may be granted to students who, meeting the requirements established in article 4 of the Order of January 29, 2014, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Adriano Scholarship aimed at facilitating permanence in the Educational System of the students, who take in the face-to-face modality any of the following official courses in non-university educational centers of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia: a) Teachings of Baccalaureate. b) Teachings in the second year of the Intermediate Degree of Vocational Training, Professional Teachings in Music and Dance, Professional Teachings in Plastic Arts and Design and Sports Teachings. c) Higher Level Education in Vocational Training, Plastic Arts and Design and Sports Education. d) Higher Artistic Education. Students who take courses in the adult education modality are excluded from the scope of application of this Order. Third. Purpose: Through the call for this scholarship, the aim is to serve students enrolled in the official education specified in article 1, who, in compliance with the financial requirements of the regulations on General Scholarships for post-compulsory non-university studies of the Ministry responsible for education, and the academic requirements necessary to continue their studies, have not achieved the academic score referred to the average grade or have not exceeded the course load required in said regulations. The Adriano Scholarship thus aims to facilitate the permanence of these students in the Educational System, compensating for the absence of family income as a result of the dedication to study of the person receiving the scholarship. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the regulations established in the Order of January 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Education. Fifth. Amount: 1. The maximum budget limit for this call corresponding to the 2025/2026 academic year is 550,000 euros. 2. In accordance with article 6 of the regulatory bases, the amount of the Adriano Scholarship will be equal to the fixed amount linked to the income of the applicant that is established in the state standard that is issued to determine the amounts of scholarships and study aid for each school year, in accordance with article 9.1.b) of Royal Decree 1721/2007, of December 21, and will be set for each school year in the corresponding call. In this sense, in accordance with article 3.1 a) of Royal Decree 163/2025, of March 4, which establishes the thresholds of income and family assets and the amounts of scholarships and study aid for the 2025/2026 academic year, the amount of the Adriano Scholarship to be granted to each beneficiary is set for the 2025/2026 academic year in 1,700 euros. 3. The expense of this call will be charged to the Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2026. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the day on which this extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia.
