Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The subsidies corresponding to the 2025 financial year of Line II are called, “Subsidies directed at private companies for the hiring of people participating in the ESCALA training and employment Program projects that have obtained a positive evaluation”, provided for in Chapters I and IV Decree 55/2024, of June 18, by which the provisions provided for in Chapters I and IV Decree 55/2024, of June 18, are approved. which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the financing of the ESCALA training and employment program and the first call for subsidies to entities promoting the projects, modified by Decree 114/2025, of September 2. Second. Beneficiaries Private companies, self-employed persons or registered professionals, whether natural or legal persons, communities of property or civil societies, non-profit entities or temporary unions of companies that carry out contracts that meet the conditions established in article 42 of Decree 55/2024, of June 18. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 55/2024, of June 18, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the financing of the ESCALA training and employment program and the first call for subsidies to entities promoting the projects (DOE no. 129, of July 4, 2024), modified by Decree 114/2025, of September 2 (D.O.E. no. 172, of September 5). Room. Amount of the call. The amount of the call amounts to 7,500,000 euros, with a FS financing source, with the following breakdown according to budget applications, years and the application of the de minimis regime, differentiating according to: - Budget application 140130000 G/242A/47000 FS21411A15 20230061. RECRUITMENT OF STUDENTS OF PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS 2025: a) Subsidies granted in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 350,000 euros. b) Subsidies granted in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 25,000 euros. 2026: a) Subsidies granted in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 2,100,000 euros. b) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 25,000 euros. The amount of the call under this budget application is co-financed at a rate of 85% by the European Social Fund + under the Extremadura ESF + Program 2021-2027, Political Objective 4 "A more social and inclusive Europe, through the application of the European Pillar of Social Rights", within priority 1 “Employment, adaptability, entrepreneurship and social economy”, Specific objective “Improve access to employment and activation measures for all job seekers, and in particular young people, especially through the application of the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labor market, and inactive people, as well as through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy”, Measure 1.A.15 “Incentives for hiring in the learning modality participating in the Dual Professional Employment Schools of Extremadura”. - Budget application 140130000 G/242A/47000 FS21455A05 20230067.
