Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The subsidies corresponding to the 2025 financial year of Line II are called, “Subsidies directed at private companies for the hiring of people participating in the projects of the ATENEO Rural Collaborative Program that have obtained a positive evaluation”, provided for in Chapters I and III Decree 287/2023, of December 27, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies intended for the financing of the Rural Collaborative Program “ATENEO” and the first call for subsidies to promoting entities (DOE no. 11, of January 16, 2024). Second. Beneficiaries Private companies, self-employed persons or registered professionals, with work centers located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, whether natural or legal persons, communities of property, civil companies and temporary unions of companies that carry out contracts that meet the conditions of article 41 of Decree 287/2023, of December 27, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this call. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 287/2023, of December 27, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies intended for the financing of the “ATENEO” Rural Collaborative Program and the first call for subsidies to promoting entities (DOE no. 11, of January 16, 2024). Room. Amount of the call. The amount of the call amounts to 3,000,000 euros, charged to application 140130000 G/242B/47000 TE24001002 20220423, “COLABORATIVE RURAL ENTITIES” with a source of financing from State transfers, with the following breakdown according to budgetary applications, years and the application of the minimis: 2025: a) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 400,000 euros. b) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 35,000 euros. 2026: a) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 2,465,000 euros. b) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 100,000 euros. Fifth. Amount and de minimis regime. 1. The amount of aid for each hiring will be equal to the result of multiplying by six the monthly amount of the minimum interprofessional salary or the remuneration established in the applicable collective agreement (including the proportional part of an extraordinary payment) and the Social Security contributions paid by the employer in force at the time of hiring. This amount will increase by 7% as indirect costs for tutoring each contract. 2. The aid of this call is covered by Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023 (OJEU series L, 2023/2831, of December 15, 2023), relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid or the Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013 (OJEU no. L352, of December 24, 2013) relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid, in the agricultural sector. Consequently, the amount of the total aid under the de minimis regime that may be granted to a given company will not exceed €300,000 for Regulation (EU) No 2023/2831 and €50,000 when the company operates in the agricultural sector for Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013, during any three-year period in both cases, which will be evaluated continuously in each new concession. Sixth. Application submission deadline. 1. The validity period of the call for the purposes of submitting applications will be nine months from the day following the day on which this resolution is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es).
